Treatment courts are successful because of the strong team approach to responding to client behavior. But what happens when team members slip into old practices and the team struggles to consistently apply best practices? During this session, you will hear from team members on how to strengthen the team relationship, how to ensure each member understands their role on the team, and how to improve communication and collaboration on your teams.
